I have been on a quest to understand how to achieve living a happy healthy life and being about to help support and guide others to achieve this.
How I began this journey…. It first started by me completing my bachelor’s in Naturopathy.
I then began to get more curious to understand more about the mind I had worked out keeping our bodies healthy, and the mind really intrigued me.
I then went on to study two years in Psychology which I did find interesting however knew this approach still wasn’t what I wanted to be using as a therapist.
I then went on to then complete my Diploma in Strategic Life Coaching Practitioner Certification, also completing my Master NLP Practitioner Certification.
I have also trained in Cognitive behavioural therapy as well as timeline therapy.
After completing these modalities, I knew I wanted to be able to create rapid change quickly and this then led me to study Clinical Hypnotherapy.
My qualifications include:
* Bachelor of Naturopathy
* Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy
* Diploma of Life Coaching Practitioner Certification
*Master NLP Practitioner Certification
* Certification training for Timeline therapy
* Cognitive behaviour Therapy certification
